Product Manager

We are looking to add an experienced Full-Time Product Manager to join our amazing team and further our efforts in partnering with organizations in the pharmaceutical manufacturing and life sciences segment. This is a North American role open to US and Canadian candidates.


QUALIFICATIONS

·  Bachelor/Masters Degree in business, computer science, commerce, or other equivalent training
·  At least 4+ years of senior produced work experience in management, leadership, business intelligence and developing high level organizational product roadmaps
·  Demonstrated and proven technical acumen and experience with mobile apps, technology and digital health
·  Clear experience with tools, resources and a proven methodology/process to collect data, customer requirements, and reliable forecasts into technical roadmaps and interfaces between user, customer needs and development production planning
·  Fully knowledgeable and capable of using, creating and integrating company-wide dashboards, reporting and metrics that determine the success of new features and user engagement
·  You are known as resourceful, collaborative, proven, entrepreneurial, strategic, analytical, product/brand driver, high grade achiever, and pragmatic
·  Comfortable working daily with remote teams (via Slack, Zoom, Skype) combined with working in past startup experiences will be viewed as assets
·  Pharma or digital health experience is an asset
·  Experience with Miro/Roadmunk is an asset
·  Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion to understand customer problems and devise solutions to solve them
·  Excellent writing and communication skills
·  Strong internal and external presentation skills


RESPONSIBILITIES

·   Fully own, manage, deploy and execute the development and launch of functionality enhancements and new community deployments across all RxPx deployments
·   Develop and maintain a product roadmap that is aligned with internal resources and company objectives while providing clear visibility to external partners
·   Work closely with a broad range of RxPx partners – general users, community sponsors, executive leadership, and stakeholders to ensure the platform is fitting their needs
·   Identify methods and initiatives to gather meaningful feedback, data and captured metrics to measure the success of platform improvements
·   Maintain a product backlog and prioritize new development that will provide the highest ROI for the company
·   Regularly interfacing with large enterprise customers and presenting roadmaps/user flows to a broad audience
·   Ability to work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and production teams to meet customer needs
·   Communicating the vision and benefits of new product releases to sales and customer teams
·   Working with sales and marketing to develop tools to enhance the sales process
·   Performing research through focus groups, surveys, interviews, and analysis of data
·   Working with product development teams to improve product features
·   Researching competitor pricing, marketing content and strategies
